We are now offering 30 minute massage appointments on Fridays between 2 & 4pm (last appointment 3:30pm). Please note that these can fill up quickly, so it’s a good idea to get in touch and secure your place… You can book an appointment by calling us on 0131 553 0570, texting 07758 348 850 or popping in during our walk-in times.
If you’d rather not make an appointment but are still interested in having a massage, you can come to the Chiller drop-in on Fridays between 1 & 2pm (last slot 1:40pm). 20 minute massage slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
More about Massage
We provide massage appointments in a warm and welcoming private room. Our Massage Therapist, Lindsey is qualified and experienced in both massage and working with young people. You’ll be fully clothed and sitting on a special massage chair. Usually, she will work with the muscles in your neck and shoulders – we tend to hold lots of tension in these areas. Occasionally, head and face or hand massage will be offered instead.
Massage can have many benefits, such as stress relief, improved sleep and reduced physical pain/tension in the body. It’s a great way to start the weekend and can be especially useful after carrying heavy books, playing sports or having a stressful week. Many young people tell us they feel really chilled out after a 20 minute massage.
