Fill out a referral form

This referral form can be used to apply for our services. By filling out this form you will be sent a pack with more information,  followed by an offer for an Access appointment. An Access appointment is an opportunity for you tell us what’s going on in your life and ask any questions you may have about how we can help you at the Junction. After the access appointment you will be allocated a counsellor or one-to-one worker as soon as possible.

What happens next?

When you make contact with us we will ask you for some information about yourself and your reasons for seeking support. We will also ask you about the best way to contact you and send information about all the services we can offer at The Junction.

Within 4 weeks we will get in touch to offer you an access appointment.

What is an access appointment?

This is an opportunity for you tell us what’s going on in your life and ask any questions you may have. It is also a chance to work out how we may be able to best help you. At this point we will give you an idea of how long you may have to wait before starting with your worker.

In the meantime you might like to attend the Junction’s Drop-in or the Walk-in service, where you can also talk to a youth worker in a confidential environment.
