SHINE – singing for wellbeing project is back!

Our singing for wellbeing project, SHINE is back! We’re recruiting now for young people aged 14-18 who are interested in singing – all experience levels welcome.

The Junction is working in partnership with performance psychology specialists at Noble House to bring you a course offering vocal technique, how to deal with nerves, get calm and boost your confidence and self-esteem.

There will be opportunities to sing together and – if you’d like to – on your own. We’ll choose an ending together based on what young people want to do – last term young people recorded songs at a studio. The course will also feature other creative activities, food, fun and a chance to meet new people in a safe, small group environment.

SHINE will run on Tuesday evenings from 25th April 7-9pm here at The Junction. Please contact Mo on 07758348850 or mo@the-junction.org to find out more or book a taster session for yourself (we can also do taster sessions for 2 or 3 young people together).

The course is free and we can even refund travel expenses.
