Young Person's Counsellor Vacancy
We are looking to recruit a dynamic counsellor with experience of working with vulnerable young people.
Applicants will be expected to

The successful candidate will carry a caseload as well as continuing to develop the counselling service in North Edinburgh. This post also offers the opportunity to develop supervision experience.

Salary £27,992 per annum pro rata, 28 hours per week, flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Project Worker Vacancy
The Project Worker post is an opportunity to take a lead role in providing open access services and one-to-one support for vulnerable young people. This post is funded by BBC Children in Need and the City of Edinburgh Council.

Salary £24,576 per annum pro rata, 28 hours per week, flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Regular Open Days
The Junction holds an Open Day every two months for any professionals, students or members of the community wanting to visit the centre and find out more about our services and staff. Come along and meet us for a cup of tea, ask any questions you have about the project, find out how our services work and what's new at the Junction. The next open day will be on Weds 19th June 2013, between 2 and 4pm. There's no need to book, but if you're a group of three or more please send a wee email to info@the-junction.org to let us know you're coming.

Are you interested in volunteering with the Junction?
We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and experienced individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who are over 21 and keen to develop skills through volunteering in an organisation that supports the health and wellbeing of young people in north Edinburgh, and particularly Leith.
