Young people are at the heart of everything we do. This means listening to the views and experiences of young people and responding. We also welcome feedback from our partners, parents and community members. There is also a suggestion box in our centre in Leith.

Voice Your Choice

We believe that young people should have a voice in the services that they use that is why we hold an annual consultation called Voice Your Choice. This month-long consultation helps us to gather lots of feedback from young people about our services. This feedback is used to shape our services and make improvements.

This year our consultation ran throughout February and the theme was “Another 20 Years of The Junction” to tie in with our 20th birthday celebrations.  We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who gave their time to take part.  We loved hearing all your thoughts and ideas.

Complaints

We take complaints very seriously and recently updated our procedure.

A complaint can be received verbally in person, via phone, email or in writing. However, writing something down can be a good way to ensure there is an accurate record. One of the best ways to do this is to send an e-mail to: [email protected]. 

Where possible, please share:

We will send an initial response to your complaint within 5 working days but it may take longer to investigate and resolve.

We will always treat people with respect, values your views, listen carefully, as well as promote the welfare of young people and work to protect them from harm.
