Feedback

Young people are at the heart of everything we do. This means listening to the views and experiences of young people and responding. We also welcome feedback from our partners, parents and community members. There is also a suggestion box in our centre in Leith.

Voice Your Choice

We believe that young people should have a voice in the services that they use that is why we hold an annual event called Voice Your Choice. This month-long event enables us to gather lots of feedback from young people about our services. This feedback is used to shape our services and make improvements.

Voice Your Choice surveys are running throughout February 2025 through our services, our street work and social media. This year’s theme is ‘Another 20 Years of The Junction’ linked to our 20th birthday year.  We would like to know more about what issues are impacting young people and what support you think would be helpful.  If you are aged 12 to 21 and live in the north-east of Edinburgh, then we would love to hear your thoughts and ideas!  To say thank you for taking time to fill in the survey, you can also choose to enter our prize draw for a £20 One4All gift card.  Quick – the survey and prize draw close at the end of February.  Keep an eye on our social media through spring to find out what we learn and what we plan to do!

If you have used services at the Junction, please fill in this survey:  https://forms.office.com/e/ybFTRrJgUP

Complaints

We take complaints very seriously and recently updated our procedure.

A complaint can be received verbally in person, via phone, email or in writing. However, writing something down can be a good way to ensure there is an accurate record. One of the best ways to do this is to send an e-mail to: [email protected].

Where possible, please share:

We will send an initial response to your complaint within 5 working days but it may take longer to investigate and resolve.

We will always treat people with respect, values your views, listen carefully, as well as promote the welfare of young people and work to protect them from harm.
